No Close Button Example
In this Example the Close button is disabled, please keep in mind it has no really sense to disable the close button for other content when you don't want to refresh the page.
You can close winDiv over the HotKey "ESC" when there is no Close Button, simple Click on the Image or Resize the Browserwindow.
